How do you ship to Canada?
SHOPIRISH.com fulfills online Canadian orders through our partner, Borderfree. Simply add items to your order and click on Canadian Check Out to complete your order. You will see your total landed price including all duties, taxes, shipping and handling charges in Canadian dollars before you place your order. You will pay Borderfree the total amount for your order in Canadian dollars (which means that they will bill your credit card) and we will ensure that products get right to your door. How much duty do you charge on Canadian orders?
Determining your duty rates depends on many factors (Product, Country in which the product was manufactured, etc.). How much tax will I be charged on my order?

What are your shipping and handling charges for Canadian orders?
Shipping and handling charges depend on the size and weight of your package and your ship-to destination. Am I eligible to receive the free gift?
Unfortunately we are not allowed to ship our free items into Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.

What will show up on my credit card statement?
Your order will be billed to your credit card by our international service provider, Borderfree. "WEB/PH ORDER BRDFREE" will appear as the billing company.
When will I be billed?
Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree once your order clears the Canadian border;
What exchange rate is applied to my orders?
Real-time exchange rates are applied to your orders. The rate charged to you is a guaranteed amount - this will not change once you accept an order. To know the exact price before you buy, simply add items to your order and check out through our Canadian Check Out. You will see the exact price for your order in Canadian dollars before you actually place the order.
How do I track my order?
Within 24 hours of placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your package clears our international facility and is on its way to you, you will receive a shipment notification email that will include a link to track your package with the Canadian carrier. All other inquiries should be directed to email address.
What is the returns policy for Canadian orders?
Please call our Customer Service Dept. at 1-866-851-7916 to obtain a return authorization number and instructions on where to return your items. Please contact us immediately if you have received a DAMAGED or DEFECTIVE item. Damage claims must be filed within 7 days of receipt of goods. Claims for defective items must be made within 30 days upon receipt of goods. Normal wear is not considered a defect. If the item shipped separately to you by our vendor (Drop Ship Item), please contact us. Do not contact the vendor.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any Creative Irish Gifts purchase, simply request return authorization and return the goods within 90 days and upon receipt of the goods we will promptly refund the item price, or replace the product free of charge. Returned items should be in original condition. Normal time to process your return is 10-14 days upon receipt of package.
When returning any part of your order, please complete the information below and enclose this form with your shipment. Carefully secure the package and the merchandise to prevent damage in transit. When proof of purchase is not available, we refund the most recent price charged for the item in the form of a Gift Certificate
Please insure your return for the full value and retain all of your postal and insurance receipts. A traceable method of shipping must be used. Any taxes you paid will be refunded. Gift-wrapping is not refundable. We do not refund shipping or handling fees unless the return is a result of an error we made or if the item was damaged or defective. WE WILL NOT CREDIT SHIPPING COSTS THAT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL ORDER?S SHIPPING CHARGES: DO NOT SEND YOUR RETURN VIA AN EXPRESS SERVICE. YOUR PACKAGING FEES ARE NOT REIMBURSABLE.
