Monday, October 13: Dublin - Westbury Hotel, Dublin

Land in Dublin. Your CIE driver/guide will escort you to your hotel. The rest of this day is at your leisure. Enjoy your first evening at Malahide Castle, built in 1185, now a meeting place for world leaders. A private castle tour will be followed by a 6-course dinner in the only medieval great hall still to exist in Ireland today. A string quartet will play during dinner.

Tuesday, October 14: Dublin - Westbury Hotel, Dublin

Set off with a local guide for a tour of this Viking City. Tour St. Patrick's Cathedral, Trinity College, Dublin Castle, and more. The afternoon and evening are free for independent activities.

Wednesday, October 15: Ashford Castle Dinner - Ashford Castle Hotel, Co. Mayo

Depart Dublin and travel through the midlands of Ireland. Arrive at Ashford Castle in time for lunch at this magnificent hotel. Settle in and then take advantage of the Castle's many amenities. This evening gather with your fellow travelers and enjoy fine dining in the hotel.

Tour Connemara, see its ever changing colors and tracts of bog lands. Explore Galway City at your leisure. Return to your luxurious retreat before dinner.

Friday, October 17 : Limerick - Killarney Plaza Hotel, Killarney

Depart Ashford Castle and travel through Limerick City to charming Adare. Next, journey to the mountainous county of Kerry and into Killarney. Relax or explore the town on your own before dinner with your fellow travelers.

Saturday, October 18 : Ring of Kerry - Killarney Plaza Hotel, Killarney

Travel by horse drawn Jaunting Cars around Killarney's Lakes to Muckross House for a guided tour. Travel to quaint Kenmare for lunch stopping at Moll's Gap on the way. Return to Killarney and enjoy some free time. Tonight dinner is at picturesque Killeen House, which offers a warm welcome and wonderful food.

Sunday, October 19 : Dingle Peninsula - Killarney Plaza Hotel, Killarney

Discover the dramatic beauty of the Dingle Peninsula with its seacoast vistas and mountain passes. This is a "Gaeltacht" area where the Irish Language is spoken everyday.

Monday, October 20: Cliffs of Moher - Dromoland Castle Hotel, Co. Clare

Leave Killarney and travel to Tarbert for a ferry ride across the River Shannon. View the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren on the way to Dromoland Castle. Check into your elegant hotel where you will have free time to relax, shop, or sightsee on your own before a lovely farewell dinner.
